Refund policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through ignispar.com. Your satisfaction is important to us, please read the following terms carefully.
1. Return Deadline and Conditions
- Return window: Returns can be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery of the item.
- Return Conditions: Items must meet all of the following requirements or they will not be accepted:
- Unsold, unused, unwashed
- Keep all original labels, packaging, and accessories
- The product is in perfect condition (no scratches, no stains, no odor)
- Used Yoga Mats: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returned yoga mats that have been used. Please check the appearance and size of the product after receiving it and confirm that it is correct before using it.
2. Who pays for return postage?
- The buyer bears the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- You will need to contact your local courier to send the item back to the return address we have specified (which will be provided in the email reply).
- It is recommended that you keep the mailing voucher so that you can check the status of your shipment.
3. How do I initiate a return?
The return process is divided into two steps:
Step 1: Contact customer service
Send an email to ignisparyoga@Gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request + Order Number".
Please also provide:
- Order number
- The name and quantity of the item to be returned
- Reason for return (brief description)
Step 2: Wait for the return instructions
Customer service will reply to you within 2 working days with the return address and necessary information. Please follow the instructions in the mail to send the package back.
At this time, we do not support online return forms, and all returns are completed by email.
4. What should I do if the product is defective, damaged or sent to the wrong product?
We attach great importance to product quality. If you receive an item that:
- Production defects or functional failures
- Visible damage caused by shipping (to be reported within 48 hours of signing for receipt)
- Wrong style or size
Please contact ignisparyoga@Gmail.com immediately with the following in the mail:
- Problem description (clearly state where the problem is)
- Photos (at least 2 photos, showing the whole and the details)
- Videos longer than 30 seconds (showing defect dynamics)
We will complete the survey within 3 working days of receiving the email and provide it as appropriate:
- Free reissue of brand new items, or
- Full refund (including original shipping costs)
Returns and exchanges due to defects/errors will be borne by us (we will provide guidance accordingly).
5. Refund arrival time
- Once your return package has been signed for and inspected, we will initiate a refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be sent back to the payment account you used to place the order (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Please keep an eye on your account changes. If it has not been received for more than 10 business days, please contact your payment service provider or contact our customer service.
6. Explanation of the refund amount
- Refund of the original item: For items that are eligible for return, we will refund the actual amount paid for the item (excluding the original shipping fee).
- Non-refundable original shipping costs: Regardless of the shipping method you choose, the shipping costs incurred for the original order are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our responsibility, such as the wrong or defective item).
- Discounted items: discounted items, promotional items, clearance items Non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Please confirm the style before placing your order.
7. Warranty
For quality problems that are not caused by human damage, you can also apply for warranty service. This warranty is independent of the return policy.
- Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of purchase with a limited warranty, limited to the original purchaser.
- Coverage issues (caused by defects in materials or workmanship):
- Glue and layer between the layers of yoga mats
- Abnormal collapse of the pad and no rebound in indentation
- Abnormal oxidation, chalking, cracking of the natural rubber layer (aging beyond the normal surface)
- Non-slip texture peels off in large areas (not caused by abrasion)
- Stitched/edge closure cracks naturally
- Cases not covered:
- Surface abrasions, stains, scratches caused by normal use (it is normal for natural rubber surfaces to turn white or chip slightly with use)
- Damage caused by incorrect use, folded storage, exposure to sunlight, proximity to heat sources, or chemicals
- Artificial cutting, tearing, crushing by heavy objects
- Products for second-hand resale
Warranty application process: Send an email to ignisparyoga@Gmail.com with photos/videos of the problem and the order number. We will provide a free replacement if you are eligible.
8. Important
- Please do not return the product directly without contacting customer service. Returned packages without prior communication may be rejected and no refund will be granted.
- Returns for international orders: You are responsible for cross-border return shipping costs and possible customs duties. We recommend that you use a trackable logistics service before sending it back.
- If you are in the European Union, this policy does not affect your 14-day right of withdrawal and 2-year statutory warranty. However, it is important to note that used yoga mats cannot be withdrawn for hygiene reasons, and this restriction is subject to exceptions to the EU Consumer Directive.
