Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Ignispar merchandise. The following shipping terms apply to all products ordered on this site.
1. Order processing time
- We usually complete picking and packing within 1-2 working days after order confirmation (except weekends and local public holidays).
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to enquiry.
2. Shipping and free shipping thresholds

Free shipping is only available for standard shipping. Free shipping is not available for expedited delivery.
3. Delivery area and delivery time
We support global delivery. The estimated delivery time is calculated from the date the order is actually dispatched (not the order date):
- Standard Shipping: 2 – 14 business days on average
Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as product inventory, local logistics efficiency, weather, or customs clearance. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.
- Special Circumstances:
Delivery times may be extended in case of product shortages, carrier delays, or local traffic issues. We will do our best to notify you, but we will not be liable for delays caused by third parties.
4. Order tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- You can check the status of your package in real time through the link in the email or on the carrier's official website.
- If tracking information hasn't been updated for 5 business days, please contact us at support@ your domain .com.
5. Handling of unreceived packages
If you notice an abnormal status of your package, follow these steps:
1. The status says "Delivered", but you didn't receive your package
- Check with your co-residents, neighbors, or property to see if you want to collect the property first.
- Wait 1-2 business days, some carriers will mark delivery in advance.
- If you still don't have your whereabouts, please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking number.
2. The tracking status has not been updated for several days
- Please send the screenshot to our customer service email, and we will proactively contact the carrier for investigation.
3. The package is deemed lost
- After completing an internal investigation (usually 5-7 business days), if the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will provide you with one of the following options:
- Resend the same product (free)
- Full refund (including original shipping fee)
Please note: If the package cannot be delivered or is returned due to an error in the address you provided, the replacement or refund will deduct the original shipping fee.
6. Expedited shipping
- We offer expedited delivery services, but you are responsible for any additional costs.
- The shipping fee and estimated time for expedited shipping will be calculated in real time at the checkout page based on your address.
- Tips: Unless there is an urgent need, we recommend opting for standard shipping. Standard shipping is already available in most regions and is most economical when free shipping is met.
7. Address accuracy
- Please check the delivery address carefully when placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address.
- If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will require you to pay a second shipping fee to reissue it.
8. International Orders – Duties & Taxes
(If you didn't mention it in the FAQ, but it is still recommended to add this to reduce subsequent disputes)
- For orders outside the United States, the destination country may impose import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or customs clearance fees. These costs are the recipient's sole responsibility and cannot be estimated or paid on our behalf.
- You can contact your local customs office for specific tax rates before placing your order.
9. Abnormal shipping – damaged or partially missing
- If you receive a package that is obviously damaged or missing, please take photos of the outer packaging and product within 48 hours after signing for receipt and contact our customer service. Damage that is not reported within the time limit may not be accepted.
