What issues and warranty processes are covered by the warranty?

The warranty covers structural or performance issues caused by defects in materials or workmanship, including but not limited to:
- Glue and layer between the layers of yoga mats
- Abnormal collapse of the pad and no rebound in indentation
- Abnormal oxidation, chalking, cracking of the natural rubber layer (aging beyond the normal surface)
- Non-slip texture peels off in large areas (not caused by abrasion)
- Stitched/edge closure cracks naturally
Not Covered:
- Surface wear, stains, scratches caused by normal use (especially natural rubber surfaces that turn white or chip slightly with use, which is normal)
- Damage caused by misuse, folded storage, sun exposure, proximity to heat sources, or chemicals
- Artificial cutting, tearing, crushing by heavy objects
- Used resale users (warranty limited to the original purchaser)
